Cut to a man inside an office of a high-rise building. He is talking on the phone with his back to the window. We see the head of Lady Liberty pass outside.

Cut to an aerial view of the Statue of Liberty making her way through Central Park.

Cut now to a hot dog vendor in the park. The ground shakes behind him. He turns and looks up.
